MADISON, WI (WHBL) – The Wisconsin Badgers put up 69 points in the first half and went on to slam Savannah State 101-60 at the Kohl Center on Thursday night.
That 69-point first half set a team single-game school record for points scored in a single half. The Badgers led 69-32 at the half as the offense was on fire, hitting 70.6% from the field and 68.8% from three-point range.
Brad Davison led the way, as he hit 6-of-9 three-pointers en route to 24 points. Ethan Happ added 18 points, 11 rebounds and six assists. Five Badgers scored in double figures as the 19th-ranked Badgers improved to 9-2.
UW will host Grambling a week from Saturday.
