The top-ranked University of Wisconsin women’s hockey workforce battled to a 1-1 draw versus No. 10 Ohio Condition on Friday evening at LaBahn Arena.
Following a deadlock in extra time, the Buckeyes (18-12-1, 12-10-1-1 WCHA) grabbed the extra point in the WCHA standings with a 1- shootout victory.
Kristin Campbell produced 23 will save for UW, which held a 53-24 pictures-on-aim benefit.
“I thought we had alternatives and odds, that is all you can inquire for,” UW mentor Mark Johnson said. “We did have a several skipped breakaways. It is element of the video game, we had 50-furthermore pictures and had people alternatives to get a lead, but we were being in no way ready to do that.”
Junior Abby Roque scored for the Badgers (28-4-1, 18-4-1-), who fell into a tie for very first area with Minnesota, which beat Bemidji Condition. The common period ends these days.
