MADISON, Wis. — On Sunday, Wisconsin (7-5, 5-3) will learn its bowl fate.
Despite beginning the season ranked No. 4 in the Associated Press Poll, the Badgers suffered their worst regular season
UW has won each of its last four bowl games, including a victory over Miami (FL) in last season’s Orange Bowl. That’s tied for the longest bowl winning streak in the country, joining Georgia, Louisiana Tech, and Utah.
Wisconsin has reached a bowl game in each of the last 17 seasons, the longest active streak in the Big Ten Conference. Only LSU, Georgia, Virginia Tech, and Oklahoma have a longer streak.
Head coach Paul Chryst has led the Badgers to a bowl game win in each of his three seasons at the helm. He’s just one of three power-five coaches to accomplish that feat, joining Nick Saban (Alabama) and Kyle Whittingham (Utah).
Where does Wisconsin stand in the latest bowl projections following the conference championship games?
