Badgers women’s golf team 16th in field heading into final day of UCF Challenge | College

The University of Wisconsin women’s golf shot a 304 Monday on the next day of the UCF Obstacle — 11 strokes even worse than Sunday — and is last in the 16-team discipline heading into the last day in Orlando, Florida.

Their rating of 21-about 597 trails chief Vanderbilt by 37 strokes. Among the other Big 10 Convention groups, Michigan Condition is in fourth location at 8 below Purdue is tied for fifth at 7 below Penn Condition is 12th at 2 about and Illinois is 13th at 2 about.

UW sophomore Claire Fitzgerald followed up her opening 69 with a 76 for a 1-about 145 and is tied for 42nd location. Senior Jessica Reinecke (74-75) and freshman Gabrielle Tomeo (75-74) are among the seven players tied for 70th.
