COLUMBUS, OHIO (WSAU) The #1 ranked Wisconsin womens hockey team stumbled in Columbus and dropped a 1-0 game to Ohio State on Friday night.
The Badgers outshot the Buckeyes 32-20 but could not get one past Andrea Braendli who got the shutout. Kristen Campbell had 19 saves for the Badgers and Jincy Dunne had a poer-play goal for the Buckeyes.
The two teams play again this afternoon at 2pm.
The Badger mens hockey team will play an exhibition tonight vs the USA Under-18 team at the Kohl Center. You can hear the game on WSAU starting at 6:30.
